The Lake Merritt Hotel has 50 fully furnished apartments which are available for a minimum of 30 days.  We specialize in corporate residential short-term and long-term housing.  

These apartments are all spacious, ranging from 500 to 800 square feet and offer lovely lake and city views.  Designed to be both elegant and functional, they feature entertainment/sitting areas, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and appropriate housewares, breakfast nooks, coffee makers, irons and ironing boards and hair dryer.  There is also complimentary access for guests to a nearby health club.  Charming 1927-era details include items such as walk-in, cedar-lined closets, nine-foot ceilings, and double stacked molding.

We offer 27 studio apartment which feature a spacious layout with an entertainment/sitting area within the bedroom area; a kitchen; breakfast nook.  These apartments are available with one queen-size bed or two double beds.  For information on Amenities, click here.

There are 16 one bedroom apartments which feature a separate bedroom, living room, breakfast nook, and kitchen area. These larger apartments are ideal for guests who require additional space for small meetings, interviews, and business entertaining. These apartments have a king bed in the bedroom, and queen-size pullout couch in the living room.
